Kingdom of Ohmal

The Kingdom of Ohmal is a technically ancient civilization that was, however, technologically advanced way beyond any other civilization currently active on Tael.

History

Once a civilization like any other, Ohmal's Kingdom was in the middle of the jungle. They started off as little tree houses between the massive thicket of the Jungle and were happily living like that for a while. That is until Tempus landed after the Voidwar, which caused the civilization to advance rapidly. Very soon, they invented iron tools and steam engines and even managed to manipulate the power emitted by the Crackling Mountains. However, time kept advancing without mercy, and while the technology reached its peak at some point, the life of the jungle itself eventually ran dry. The trees started to crumble, and Ohmal could do nothing but watch as his people slowly succumbed to time as well. Soon, nothing but the stony ruins and dust was left. Devastated, Ohmal laid to rest in the ruins of his royal bedchamber, waiting for the end of time. This however, never came for him and to this day he is still resting in his bedchamber somewhere deep under the sands.
