Quartz is a Sunborn Elf from Fire's Helm that has mastered the art of the school of fire and lives to protect the timestream of the royal Fire Cherry Tree at its most vulnerable position, in the middle of the Desert of Ohmal.
Character
Quartz was born in the Ashen Steppes, where she studied the teaching of fire magic under the supervision of Nero himself. She has a very defensive, but also reactive temper, causing her to sometimes self immolate when stressed. As one of the grand wizards of Nero she has sworn to protect the royal tree with her life, which she does so from within the desert of Ohmal, where the timestream of the tree is extremely vulnerable. To protect the timestream, she uses her fire to cast the sand around her into sharp glass, which she then swiftly throws at her foes with telekenisis while the glass is still glowing hot.
Appearance
Quartz has pale white hair and despite being a desert dweller, pale white skin while wearing a beige and golden hooded dress. She wears sandals and is covered in golden bangles, which are engraved in runes that further enhance her magical abilities. She always carries around the Sunscythe, a powerful magical black scythe. Her hair is always dressed with a little petal band, with a glowing fire cherry embedded in it.

Trained in the Fire, Illusion, Enchanting and Gravity schools, Quartz is attuned to the Telekinesis and the Ignite spell. This helps her continuously performing her signature move of melting the sand around her and hurling it at her foes

Has a base DV of 12. After casting a spell that Deals Fire Damage, the DV will permanently become equal to the hit-check result, unless it is lower than 12. Grants resistance to Fire Damage. |
