Raku'uun is the god of Reusability and is considered one of the major gods on Tael. Though not directly affecting the lives of ordinary people in the world, he actually plays a major role in the wildlife, most notably the Rakuuns, a race of scavengers he introduced himself to the world.

Role

Raku'uun, as the god of Reusability, introduced the concept of Recycling Materials into new tools and otherwise wasted food into brand-new dishes, greatly increasing the efficiency of life in general on Tael.

He also introduced the Rakuuns into the world, a race of scavenging Little Mammals with the mission to collect all sorts of trash across the cities in an effort to keep the cities clean and, at the same time, reuse the materials to turn them into something useful again.

Appearance

As the creator of the Rakuun race, Raku'uun felt it would be just fitting for himself to take on the form of the eldest Rakuun. Additionally, in order to stand out from the others, he wears a purple robe, mainly made out of patches of old clothes of other Voidlings.

History

When Raku'uun landed on Tael, he took the form of a random human he saw, ran straight into the first settlement he found, and started collecting random pieces of junk he found on the ground. He was quickly yelled at and swiftly left the area. After some observation he learned that the junk he picked up was in fact still used farming equipment, so ofcourse the people would get angry. He spent quite some time to further observe the everyday life of the people and their behaviour, learning what they ultimately actually don't want or need anymore, At the same time he perfected his physical form to be as agile, but also camouflaged as possible in order to reduce the risk of more angry people.

Then one night he went back into the settlement, collected what he was now certain was actual junk, brought it back into his little workshop and turned into something completely new. He then took those completely new appliances and placed them near where he took the original junk from. The next morning he observed the reactions of the people from afar, who were at first clearly confused, but sooner than later realized what has happened and seemed surprsingly grateful.

Raku'uun kept repeating his endeavor for a while, but soon realized that he alone cannot handle all the trash in the world, so he needed helpers. So he reached out to Tael.

"... And you see, if you would allow me to create helpers that do this in all corners of your world, not only would it increase happiness in general, it would also make the world nicer to look at, they would all just keep collecting the ugly junk from the streets and turn it into something new!"

Tael, completely perplexed about how a spark like this could even emerge from the void: "Well, honestly, I don't see any reasons as to why not. Do you have any suggestions on what their physical form may be like?"

Raku'uun just smirks as he proceeds to change into his night crawling form: "Probably this? maybe a bit smaller"

"Interesting choice, but very well"

And so Raku'uun created the race of the Rakuuns, who will forever help him fullfill his one desire, to recycle everything that there is to recycle.

Cleric's Deity Abilities

Minor

Rakuni's Tail of Holding: Conjure a tail with one cubic meter storage space. The tail itself is sized like a normal Rakuun's tail, but is a lot bigger on the inside. Whatever is put inside is placed in a pocket dimension where time does not move forward. The tail always weighs the same no matter how much has been put inside.

Can be conjured and dismissed indefinitely at any time. The tail will always attach to the end of the summoner's spine.

Major

Improved Tail of Holding: Your Tail of Holding now has the ability to apply the effects of any potions and food that is inside it to you and any allies within 10 meters of you without consuming the potions or food.

Warning: this also applies to potential poisons or other "bad" food and potions.

Usable once. Recharges after 5 full rests.

• The form he took after observing the people for the first time would later be his blueprint for the Rakuun's physical form.
