Tael is the first child of Ayla and Norn and fuels all life in the world, which is named after him.
Role
From the smallest blade of grass to the greatest dragon and everything in between, its life essence originates from Tael. When a life ends, its life essence returns to Tael, ready to fuel another life, while its soul goes to the Nachwelt, a Paradise made to allow anyone to relive their greatest moments in life forever.
He can freely give life to everything he desires, even bring back people from the dead. However, while that person may be alive after that, it is still missing its soul, which must be retrieved from the Nachwelt by the person itself. However, the soul may not want to leave the Nachwelt, as it is a Paradise after all. Obviously, he does not just grant life to any deceased body that asks for it, as he believes that every new life will also bring new stories with it, whereas old souls would just continue the same old story again.
