Districts

Vincere is divided into seven districts, two of which are located entirely underground.

Upper City Districts

Victory Plaza

The most southern district in the city. It is a massive plaza filled with always-changing bazaar-like merchant stalls and beautiful greenery. In the center of the plaza is a set of giant monuments dedicated to many different races, including elves, gnomes, goblins, merfolk, dwarfs, and, of course, humans. Almost every statue points in a certain direction, which is their respective capital on Tael. Exceptions to that are the human statue, which makes a gesture of "look around you!", obviously hinting at the fact that you are literally standing in the human capital right now, and the elven statue, which actually points in two different directions, once towards the capital of the high-elves, and once towards the capital of the night elves, though that hand is made of a darker, almost obsidian-like material, compared to the rest of the monuments, which are made of brass-like material. Most capitals have a similar set of statues somewhere within their city, usually consisting of all the races of the cities with which they are on good terms.

Artisan Road

The main road connects Victory Plaza and Kings Landing and separates East and West Town. It is the main hub of all the established craftsmen in the city. It consists of two wide roads separated by a row of different fruit trees, all covered with plenty of benches for travelers to rest on in the shade.

Kings Landing

The royal district and location of the king's castle, Remol Keep. Every single building is made with the highest attention to detail imaginable, with almost complete disregard for build and material cost. The greenery is always perfectly kept in shape and magically kept beautifully blooming throughout every season.

West Town

The district west of Artisan Road. They are more focused on the magical aspect of the world and usually tend to solve their problems with more brains than muscles.

East Town

The district east of Artisan Road. They are more focused on mechanics and solve their problems either by brute force or clever machinery.

East and West Town have a friendly rivalry. Out of pure spite, they push each other to improve in nearly every aspect of the city's life. Each year, they hold contests to see which side is currently the better in various categories, whereas both sides approach the categories in their own respective styles.

Lower City Districts

Factory Town

The dirty site of the city is perfectly hidden underground to keep the city pleasant to look at. Factory Town is the heart of raw production power for all sorts of raw materials required by surface shops and merchants. It is covered in pipes and consists of layers upon layers of different floors, each connected by often very improvised lifts and ladders.

Nights District

The district for the nocturnal folk. The Nights District is home to many nocturnal people, as well as nocturnal activities. It is the district with the highest crime rate in the city and also the home of the more shady merchants, who have either wares of questionable sources or nature or make questionable deals in general.

Other Notable Landmarks / Buildings

The Grand Lift

The Grand Lift connects Artisan Road and Factory Town with each other. It is on a fixed schedule of constantly moving up and down, waiting exactly 10 minutes every time to give people and goods time to get on.

Temple of Hue

A place for people to gather and to pray (or plead) to the god of Fate. For obvious reasons, the Fata Dener have a high presence in its general area.
