Scarlet Water can only be found on the bottom of the [[Silent Ocean]]. It lingers in and around [[Silent Ocean|Shattratath's Realm]] as it is the direct result of [[Shattratath|Shattratath's]] Influence.

Collecting it requires nothing more but a bucket, a long rope, and some bold sailors. The process requires absolute silence and remembering that one should not directly look at the bucket once it's filled with the Scarlet Water.
